Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything done through a Windflow account — the dashboard, playground, APIs, SDKs, and any content sent into or generated by a session. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service, and violating it is a violation of those Terms.

• No content that is illegal under applicable law, or that facilitates illegal activity.
• No child sexual abuse material of any kind, real or generated. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities and permanently ban the account.
• No harassment, threats, or incitement of violence directed at any person or group.
• No generated media that impersonates a real person — including their face, voice, or likeness — in a way intended to deceive, defame, or harass.
• No content that violates the license terms of the underlying model serving your session.

• No attempts to extract, reconstruct, or exfiltrate model weights, or to probe runtimes beyond the documented API surface.
• No circumventing metering, credit accounting, rate limits, session ceilings, or access controls.
• No creating multiple accounts to farm signup or promotional credits.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or providing third-party access to the Service without a written agreement with us.
• No interfering with the Service or other users' sessions, including denial-of-service, credential abuse, or scraping of non-public endpoints.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the violation: warning, content removal, session termination, account suspension, or permanent ban. Accounts suspended or terminated for violations forfeit remaining promotional credits, and credits obtained or spent through abuse are not refundable.
